alright Sluggish recovery 10.06 mi 01:23 08:15 pace

Hot temps plus too much alcohol consumption last night caused this run to be groggy and sluggish. But I got it in and that is what counts.

    great Windy 800's 9.23 mi 01:14 08:02 pace

Well that was a tough one. Wind made it interesting. Plus I went out too fast. So we did 7 800m repeats with 200m recovery. Splits were: 3:03, 3:04, 3:10, 3:20, 3:17, 3:20, 3:22. I need to work on ... read more
