      Thanks everyone and David I would move to Northern Europe if I could speak the language and had not got a busy business. Really love their outlook on life. You know you're back in the UK as you are suddenly surrounded by fat people!!!! @Kelly yes I am feeling strong - surprised really as I missed a lot of training. Just shows pootling about at 10 mph does hold fitness.

    Nice late evening run into a brutal headwind before turning and having a wind assisted run home. Don't you just love it when you look at the bike computer and it says 45kph and it's easy!

    Nice ride up to Haarlem via the Keukenhof gardens. Flower fields everywhere. Beautiful if cold day. Sorry for not commenting on others the wifi on dm seems very dodgy.
