Thanks everyone and David I would move to Northern Europe if I could speak the language and had not got a busy business. Really love their outlook on life. You know you're back in the UK as you are suddenly surrounded by fat people!!!! @Kelly yes I am feeling strong - surprised really as I missed a lot of training. Just shows pootling about at 10 mph does hold fitness.

thanks everyone and the descent on the Horseshoe pass is brilliant, no cars overtake on that bit! And al the others except the Worlds End are good. As Leigh says the Worldsend is a horrible descent.
