      Excellent job getting the legs back on track! Congratulations on the 600km! I missed that. I'll have to go back and look at your post. I would likely have fewer problems with my legs and more issues with my bum. :-)

      Looks like a fab ride with some amazing scenery. No shoulders on the roads though. Any scary moments? What size tyres do you use? 23 or 25's? Great music, too! lol Thanks for sharing.

      Thanks everyone is was a lovely day out. I think the lack of a shoulder is pretty universal in the UK Kelly but on the narrower roads generally cars go a lot slower (as they can't see far!) and it not an issue. I have also found Highland (Scotland) drivers are much much more courteous, probably due to living in such amazing scenery!! Only scary moment was a cross wind speed wobble coming off the Lecht - so nothing to do with cars ;-) I run 25s, have for a few years now.
