    Went to Body Pump last night. It was a good hard class and I increased my weights on the leg workouts for the first time since I started! May the positive side affects keep coming!

    Spin class last night at the WARF, felt like I had accomplished something in my time for the first time in weeks. I am really hoping I am back on track with training soon.
