    Had to keep pace with the 3-5th graders for the first mile, but ran on my own the second...ran it in 8:30 :)

    Biked 1 mile, ran 1 mile, biked 4 miles, ran another 1 mile, biked another mile. Training for a tri and a 10K at once will either kick my butt or get me in the best shape of my life...LOL!

    Bike 1 mile, ran 1 mile, 4 mile bike again! Working on training the 3-5 graders for the Bellin 10K and myself for the GB triathlon! Plus managed yoga and abs this morning! What a great workout day!

  9. Get shoes a 1/2 size too big...lost a toenail before someone told me. I used to LOVE getting pedicures...not sure I can show my feet again!

      Some people that do half marathons and full marathons get shoes a full size bigger than normal as your feet do swell from running long distances. Also, being fitted properly at a specialty running store will alleviate this problem as well.
