    My plan for the week is 3 - 3 - 4 - 7. My achilles is sore but I can move through it. Might try to hit the Arc Trainer for a couple of days to work on my cardio without the high impact of running.

    Was planning on 6, but my left achilles said 4 was enough. It's not bothering me too much, hoping it will calm down soon.

    Planned to do a nice, easy 5 miles. Expected to see a 12 minute pace on the GPS at the end. Pleasantly surprised that 11 minute miles felt so good over 5 miles!
