    I forgot my Garmin so my time is an estimate. I really pushed hard today. My thighs are now burning - totally worth it. It was so nice outside. Hills are still rough for me

    Just an easy run with my dog. Went well until I got a pounding headache about 1/2 way through. yeah. So called it a short run and headed back. Still glad I got out there though. Such a lovely day :)
