This was not pretty. It started raining in the first few miles and didn't stop until I was coming back into transition. I just could not get enough fluid or food in, I think in the whole time I was out on the bike I had one gel and 2 sips of water. Clearly this is a very weak area.


Keep practicing hydrating and snacking while doing your bike training. You need to find the snacks and drinks that appeal to you and then reward yourself with them. :-)
