It has been a while! Walked around Whitby lakes with Becky a couple of times then around the streets. Felt good to be walking again as I have got out of habit.

My achilles are loosening up nicely so was able to walk at quite a good pace (for me!) today. Normally it takes me 1:10 but today was an hour flat. Cloudy calm day.

Yes you're right. Have to remember I'm trying to cultivate the habit of exercise not just clock up miles. Even the fact I did it is good progress as I wouldn't have been bothered a month ago! Fitness and energy must be improving.

Physio went well. Going back on Monday, Hoping to get it sorted soon. Have to do lots of stretches 3x a day and walk on flat.
