  2. swim
    blah 700 yd

  4. RUN
blah Central Park half course 6.09 mi 01:27 14:17 pace

Very hot and humid, took it really slow. We ended up sprinting to the car because we got caught in the rain. My knee started to hurt by mile 4. Overall it was just for distance training.

    good Prospect Park-2 laps 6.8 mi 01:30 13:14 pace

So proud of myself! This was the first long run I've done in a while and with a 10K looming next weekend, I was having doubts.

  9. RUN
    good 3.4 mi 00:42 12:18 pace

Frustrated due to schedule changes and things outside my control, but the weather was gorgeous. Felt pretty good by the end & managed a faster second mile than my first.

  10. RUN
alright CP Reservoir 3.18 mi 00:41 12:45 pace

A little back pain that forced me to stop & stretch, but not too bad overall. The weather was AMAZING!!!!

  11. RUN
great Prospect Park 3.4 mi 00:47 13:53 pace

Jogging and walking with family who REFUSED to run the hill. Oh well, I gotta stop training folks and concentrate on my own workouts. Hard to find the time.

Light jog with my newbie friend. I also used it just to loosen up after being so sore following my 5 miler the other day.
