      Fantastic run Jo, thank goodness for the highs! I could never get out of bed at 5am and run those miles. Cool to high5 another runner. I like High5 gels too, they taste nice and aren't too thick.

      Garmin is a bad name for me at the moment too, as for running down hill, there's no rule that says you cant do your speed work on a downhill :-)
