I dressed too warmly for this run, started out too ambitious which made my breathing all out of whack, didn't have music to run to which threw me off an made it less enjoyable and experienced pain in my shin and arch of my foot. It wasn't bad pain when I was running just a tired achy feeling. But when I stopped and started again for traffic or started walking my cool down it killed :( don't know what went wrong but this was NOT a good run or easy to get through at ALL. Really hoping tomorrows run goes better :-/
