Really hoping I did enough to hit my mark this week. I didn't work at as hard as I did last week. I have been kind of tired and I think I have just been trying to work myself too hard.

    sometimes it is ok to not work as hard as you normally do for a week. your body needs time to recover from all exercise! you are doing great, and glad you got a WO in today.
