Dinner, yummy. Chicken baked in Barbecue Sauce, Steamed Broccoli and plain rice. This is the portion my plan said I should eat, but I could only finish about half of it. Next up prepare food for tomorrow and then my workout.

    Looks good but it does seen like a lot. Glad you didn't eat it all! Are you weighing or using measuring cups for portions? I prefer weight over measuring. And yes, after 6 years I still weigh out my food for most home eaten items. Keeps me on track!

    I used the scale for the chicken and measuring cups for the broccoli and rice.

    @ Steve There weren't many leftovers, my 16 year old son who is about 6 foot tall and about 145 pounds usually eats everything that is left after everyone else gets there normal human portions. His plate was piled bigger than mine. He ate it all and will probably have a snack before bed. He is very fortunate that he got his real dads metabolism.

    Yeah ... make sure you are eating enough good calories like pictured here... especially the broc!!!
