    Thank goodness it isn't raining. Cloudy but beautiful out there. I'm down 30.4 pounds since 6/21. Success is so sweet.

    Too much to do this weekend, been up since 6 am. Knocked this 4 miles out. Almost to my step goal already for the day. Now grocery shopping, school work and more baking fun.
