    Gordon Valley is a very pretty ride and there are lots of places for second breakfast or for lunch. We went to Valley Cafe however, as usual. Service was lacking but the food was good:-)

    I have to sit and spin still with the ankle sprain, no standing runs, climbs or jumps, but at least I got my heart rate up and had fun with the music.
