    Started great but had to walk/run the last half mile. Slightly demoralizing! I guess 8 wks pregnant and morning sickness don't pair well with a run!

    SPEED WORK TODAY!!! Only did 2 miles but really pushed it. Ran with the baby and the jogging stroller for extra resistance! WHAT A WORKOUT! And I ran my fastest time in YEARS! BOOYAH!

    Great running day.... warm out, breezy! I love my 3 mile loop, especially on a day like this, its just so nice out and for me 3 miles is the perfect distance!
