      He Did give us a schedule. I kinda do my own thing though and use the schedule as a guide. I just was talking to the girls today about doing marathon pace miles- I know they are Great for training for marathons. Will start next week doing them!

    Went over with Mike to the gym after work. Did upper body and ab weights. Also did some crunches and pushups. Walked a mile on the treadmill.
