    Did walk/run after work today. Ran more mileage than I walked today. Felt good, and had no pain. Ran total of 2.5 miles- in three segments.

    Went out after work today and did some walk/running intervals. Ran 1.25 miles, then ran another 1/4 mile sandwiched in between walking. Leg felt fine while out there.
