    Did my longest run again today starting at Lions with Rich and Jen. It was kinda warm out there- got up to mid-70s during run. Felt a little tired the last 2-3 miles but got it done!

    7 miles on the stationary bike at home today. Looking forward to our bikepath run tomorrow!

    Did a short run after work. Ran to middle of Cherry Blossom 5k course from my house and just ran it towards finish and then ran it home.
