    Ran over to the track with Rich and Vince. Did 8x 400- with a 200 recovery walk/jog in between each one. Averaged about 2 min. per 400. Felt decent. We ran back to my house after we finished.

      He Did give us a schedule. I kinda do my own thing though and use the schedule as a guide. I just was talking to the girls today about doing marathon pace miles- I know they are Great for training for marathons. Will start next week doing them!
