    Walk partially in the rain this morning. Walked to Central Park, and did Fehr Avenue hill and then walked around park a little before heading home. Leg feels pretty good.

    Just did a mile jog to see how the right piriformis is feeling. Little ache, but felt okay afterwards with icing.
