      How dark was the park when you guys got there? Nice that John had marked arrows for the way to go in there. Did you see all the police, firetrucks and ambulances? Kid on a bike got hit by a car right when we finished.

    Workout at the track with the team. 2 x 400, 3 x 650, 1 x 400. Felt okay. Right hamstring a little achy towards end of workout. Iced and Ibuprofen after I got home.
