    It started raining just as I started my run today. It felt good though, as it was sticky outside. Rained through half my run, then once it stopped, it got sticky again!

    Went out with Rich and got 13 in this morning. Felt pretty good the whole time- temperature went up almost 20 degrees though! Marathon training starts in 2 weeks!

    Did some recovery miles on this windy, brisk day. Ran to Central Park and did a little trail running to stay on some softer surfaces. So, probably half roads and half trails today.

    Took my running clothes to work, and changed there afterwards. Drove to bike trail and ran 4 miles there. It was a little warm out, but need to get acclimated to heat again.
