    Did warmup at the park with Pete and boys, Rich and Stef. Ran home after the race with Stef. She had a great race today- I am so happy for her- and happy that we are able to run together again!

    Thanksgiving 5k at the park. Alot of friends and family there. A great way to start the day! My time was a little over what I wanted, but, overall I felt pretty good- so, I am happy.

    Ran at the park after work with Rich and Vince. We ran the cardiac classic 5k course twice and threw an extra loop by the middle school to get 7 miles in.

    Much better night to run out there than last night! Ran a warmup mile with Rich and Vince, then, Stef joined us for the rest of the run. Great being able to run with her again!

    Was a tough night to get out there and run, but we did it! Pouring rain, puddles all over...ran from my house with Rich and Vince- just did a short run. The darkness outside didn't help.

      Don't sell yourself short Joan you did a great job! And thanks for organizing all of our training runs. I know if it wasn't for those we wouldn't have done as well as we did.
