    Track workout with the team. 10 x 400- one every 4 minutes. Warm night out there, but kept up a decent pace. We did a 3 mile warmup and 2.5 mile cooldown.

    This is run from Tuesday morning. No one else in family runs... so, running solo this vaca. Somewhat hilly at times.
