    Practice with the team at SUNY Albany track tonite. Did 7 x 800- little tough, but need to get some speedwork in! We did the Ice Bucket Challenge afterwards- wow, that water/ice cubes were cold!

    So... I did a nice slow 5k today in Ballston Spa. Nice course with downhill finish, but, I have no speed! Gotta work on that! Weather nice, and had some of my teammates there too which was a plus.

    Had to run in Schenectady tonite. Ran the bike trail by Nott Street- out and back. Took it easy in beginning, picked it up a little during second half of run.

      Didn't realize I wasn't feeling totally right until after race when I got home. I had like allergy reaction! Sneezing, runny nose, coughing; then started feeling achy all over! I swear, this race is no good for me!! You did great! Happy vaca!

    Nice easy run today. Ran to Central Park to meet Rich. We ran some loops around the park, and then I ran home.

    Workout at the gym today- upper and lower body weights, stationary bike for 3 miles; and then my usual free weights for biceps, triceps; sit-ups, push ups, and squats.
