    Ran to Central Park and did part of Cardiac Classic course- that is the 5k that I am running on Thanksgiving. The park is one mile from my house so I just ran back home afterwards.

    Went to gym. Warmup and cooldown walk on the treadmill. Upper body weights and my usual stuff that I do.
