    Went for a nice easy run kinda early(615am) with some of the Nisky moms today. Most were running longer. I just needed to get some miles in. Worked out well.

    Went for a ten mile bike ride this morning. Haven't done that in awhile! Rode over by the Army Reserve Center in Niskayuna and around the streets there. Need to get out and ride more often.

    Track workout with the team tonight. Ran 10 x 400- one every 4 minutes. Avg. about 1:49 per 400- couple faster, couple slower. With warmup and cooldown, got in decent mileage tonight.
