    Went out after work today and ran. Feel fine running, and foot feels good too. Still have some achiness afterwards!

    Another short jog early in the afternoon from home. Foot felt okay, but my shin was bothering me a little! Jumped on my stationary bike at home after run and did 4 miles.

    Over at the gym after work with Mike and Rich. 1/4 mile warmup and 1/4 mile cooldown. Had to switch to a different Elliptical after my warmup as the one I was on seemed to be shaking!

    Did the TU workout on the Elliptical at the gym tonight. 5x 5min hard pace with 3 min EZ in between. Had a good warmup and cooldown also. Made the time go faster by doing a workout!
