    Out there with Vince on fresh snow roads(about 1/2”). Roads not slippery which was the key. We couldn’t convince Stef(or Rich!) to come out. Actually.... Pete.... may have to work on him...🤔

    Out early to test the snowy roads which actually weren’t too bad. Got on main road for awhile, so, it was clear which was nice.

    First race in 2 months! Felt not too bad!- and my leg felt good.

    Ended up running 1 1/2 Mile segment, and 1 Mile segment during this. Left leg muscle- no pain;very slight sensation there, but, legs have to get used to running again!

    Decided to get out there early and try and run a little today. Walked 1/4 mile, then ran 1mile. Then, did same thing again- ending up with mile run back home. Leg muscle felt fine.
