    Ran the Delmar Dash 5 mile race course tonite with the team. Rich and I threw in a couple of miles afterwards. Nice run with the team!

    Early morning workout at the gym before work. Upper and lower body weights, with a warmup on stationary bike and cool down walk on the treadmill.
