    good To Central Park and home 3.5 mi 00:39 11:08 pace

    Slow jog after work. My right upper hamstring a little achy. And... weather went from light rain to sun and Humidity!- ugh! Ran to the park and did first mile of the marathon course and then ran home.

    good Golub Bike Path 7 mi 01:07 09:30 pace

    Ran with Rich, Pete and Vince. Did 15 min. @15k pace x2 with 5 min. EZ in between. Felt good running today. No humidity and legs felt fine.

    Nisky track 7 mi

    Ran to and from the track with Rich and Pete from my house. Did 6x800 with 200 walk in between each 800. Legs felt a little tired. This marathon training is tough!

    Decided to go out for a short run at work lunch hour. Ran in my scrubs and sneaks.

    Ran to the park and back with Pete, Vince, Mark and Mike. Threw in a little extra with Pete to get 7 miles in for the evening.

    Got out there at 5am with Stef and Vince. Did a mixture of Schdy/Nisky streets. Stef kept us moving along! Weather a little cooler this morning- but, felt good to run in!

    Longish run in Humid sticky conditions. Ran couple miles, then met Stef at her house and ran 8 1/4 with her. Ran last 1 3/4 to finish up the day. Did not feel great running in this weather!

    Did 2 mile WU. Then, 3x 10 min @ 15k pace with 5 minEZ in between. 1 1/2 mile CD. Last run on vaca. This was Thursday's workout. Sure got Hill running in on this vaca!

    Ran from home as still have tons to do before leaving for vaca. Did a warmup, the did 2x 10 min at 1/2 marathon pace. Cooldown after.

    Ran to Niskayuna track from home with Rich and Pete. Did 7x800 with about 2 minutes or so rest in between. Not too speedy, but got the legs moving a little. Ran back home afterwards for cooldown.

      Great job getting this run in despite the circumstances. You may not have gotten 20 in but it was a tough 12!

    Ran after work with Rich. Supposed to do couple miles at 1/2 marathon pace during run. Did them the last 2 miles!

    Did a solo run on roads near home. Took awhile for legs to get moving but able to pick up pace last couple miles.
