    Ran after work from my house with Rich and Vince. Tired at beginning of run, but felt better as it went along. Love how energized running can make me feel!

    Went and ran the Cardiac Classic course at the park twice- ran it backwards like we did last week. Vince and Rich picked it up at the end!

    Stationary bike at home

    Busy cleaning the house, etc. today. Just got a short ride in on the stationary bike- 2 1/4 miles- to get the legs going. Winter Series 10 miler tomorrow!

    Went after work with the guys to the park. We ran our usual loop-but ran it backwards; and then, did a loop of the Cardiac Classic course. Weather was great- 43 degrees out!

    At the park after work for a run with Rich and Pete. At least half of the run we were running before it got dark out- every day we get a little more light and closer to spring!🌺🌻
