    Went out late this morning with Mike and biked 6 miles. I had to walk my bike to Stewart's first to put air in the low tires! Then, we had a nice ride afterwards.

    Decided to go out at noontime and run from work. Just a short jog- with my uniform on!- but, had running shoes on too. Didn't feel too bad. First time I have ever done that before!
