      Oh my goodness, I read Stock-a-death-on the first time. But on closer inspection, I bet it's pronounced Stockade-athon. Hahahaha! Nice run!

    Ran this morning with the guys. We did out and back 5 miles on the path. There are some hills in that fourth and fifth mile! Ran most of the way with Pete. Rich and Vince ahead of us.
