    First time running straight after biking. Feet had pins and needles after biking so felt funny running but was all good

      I had good intentions of but Chris jumped in first and it took his breath away so walked in instead!! It was very warm but awesome and the river certainly helped with all the aches and pains!!

    First time trial, no idea if it's a good time but it's something to build on.
    Was great fun and would never bike that fast on my own so got to be good for me!!!

    Then ran along the top and back down main road to carpark.
    Hard workout but great at 5am!!

    Keeping off the roads, just hurts too much so trails only!
    Hobson, onto trails at McPherson, run round loop, up trails to Crown Isle, past Sophie's house, stopped at Malahat and walked home.
