    didn't plan on this run, wanted a trail run but time ran out.
    First time on roads in a long long time.
    Ran up and walked down so not as sore.
    Must do hills more often!!

    Down Veterans parkway onto old highway, Headquarters and back up Veterans Parkway.
    Supposed to be a time trial tonight but no one showed up :(

    done twice

    Comox Dam 6.97 km

    KMA, climbed up and then back down onto Bear Bait and back along Riverside Trail,
    Very tough and warm

    Bike ride and hills 19.4 km

    Idiens, Knight, along the base and up Ryan Road. Then hit the hills all except Ryan Road.

    biked first then ran with Nevis.
    Valley View trails and Lerwick woods
