    It was a fantastic half marathon, very much enjoyed the support of the town and also the sunshine!
    First time I've ever vomited during a race though which wasn't so good!!

      well done on making the effort. hard to find any decent hills around here, eh? nice one in richmond pk, starting at the dysart arms pub in petersham up to the top where you can find pembroke lodge (great cakes!)

    We ran back from Bushy Park at a slightly slower pace and enjoyed the run. Very cold out there though. Looking forward to next weeks half marathon in Spain!
