One of those "they can't all feel good" runs that comes along every once in a while. I think that hosting a 5yo's birthday party yesterday wasn't exactly the kind of "rest" the body needed after Friday's HM. We had lots of fun though, and that's what counts :) Will see how I feel tomorrow. Officially my 21 week training plan for NYC starts tomorrow, but if need be I will start that with another day of rest :P
