      This is why I stopped running before I really got into it! It jarred my spine so much it re-aggravated an old injury. Hope you are feeling on top of the world again soon.

      Well I sure hope you have a direct flight back 2 the Netherlands, cause Monkey Country proves 2 its true colours again (Zaventem is real hellhole these days :) )

  9. Just ran 6.5k in 30 min from hotel near Arc de Triomphe to the Louvre and back after some heated debates in the meeting this afternoon. Totally up for a beer now :) Sync later
