    Ran for a mile before and a mile after spin class. Feels great! My Achilles seems like it's healed up the last few day and it seems healthy again.

    After the spin I shook out the legs on the treadmill for 10 min. Feels weird moving from cycling right into running. Much respect for all the triathletes out there. I really like this workout. =)
