    88 degrees! Kept HR between 150-160 (mainly). Then did a little speed work.

    I believe that this is the farthest I have ever run without stopping (any!). Ran with water and gu. Just slowed down to throw trash in can at mile 5 and 9.

      Knee started hurting at 5K so had to slow down. Had to run slow enough that my legs were pretty fresh in a couple of days. I was also frustrated about my knee hurting and have some 10Ks to get ready for. I don't claim to train very smart... I'm sure you did Boston an hour or more faster than I did. I was 4 minutes off on a qualifying time so ran as a charity runner with my wife.
