    Another run, with a little bit of rain coming down. I did 6 x 110's afterwards. I am planning on starting some workouts either next week or the week after.

    We got home from a fun weekend in Fargo and I snuck in my run this afternoon. Felt great and the light rain helped make it feel even better.

    We started with some spinning and then transitioned into some lunges, pushups, mountain climbers, burbees, squat jumps, step-ups and ended with some cardio on the treadmill. Fun workout.

      So sad how you can be fit enough to run a 2:37 marathon but a little golf leaves you so sore! Softball does the same thing to me!

      Yes there is Casey! No excuses really, I just am not ready mentally and have not been able to get any workouts in since Boston. I know I couldn't do another marathon right now, maybe a half but wouldn't be able to give it my best. I will be a great fan though :-)!
