So sad how you can be fit enough to run a 2:37 marathon but a little golf leaves you so sore! Softball does the same thing to me!

Yes there is Casey! No excuses really, I just am not ready mentally and have not been able to get any workouts in since Boston. I know I couldn't do another marathon right now, maybe a half but wouldn't be able to give it my best. I will be a great fan though :-)!

45 minute workout this morning with trainer and group. Great workout....my calf is still not recovered from Boston, so staying active with some other activities not involving running!
