      You've been pretty under the weather, nothing wrong AT ALL in taking your time to make your way back, long runs can really take it out of you. I think this is plenty long after coming back from being sick!

      assertive is such a nice vague term. you can make it what you need it to be depending on the day. pretty good. 15 of anything is a lot. hope you're on the upswing from being sick. super good you got 7 miles in.
