      I hear you. Nice job getting it done. Thetreadmills at the Haverhill YMCA only go for 60 minutes (plus 5 cool down), so anything over 7 miles requires 2 segments. I am starting to look forward to the 7 ending so I can walk away for minute and get water before finishing. I really like how you are hitting up the weights and then going back. I might have to try that.

      it's just a dooooz out there right now. the end is probably in sight, but the next couple of months seem to be the hardest sometimes. anyway, when you have to call it, you call it. done. it's not for lack of motivation. hope you're alright after the falls.
