    Just a gentle meander with Patti (the beach was beautiful) before football. The good news is that I was able to do this the day after back-to-back runs. Slow steady but sure progress!

    Snow sludge mix (we got about 7 inches of a snow/sleet mix yesterday) on a cloudy cool 21 degree noon run with gentle snow flurries. Slow but up to a 1.5 miles!

      I'll have to look at this terrific event next year...My Grandfather, Alexander Macdonald served on the Boston Fire Department from 1906 - 1942, Badge number 759. I still remember the stories from my Dad and Uncle about Grandpa hitching the horses to the pumper to head out to fight a Boston fire! Thanks for running this for our First Responders!
