      Jim - this hip thing seems to be going on and on - is this the same one you hurt this winter? seriously maybe a trip to a good PT is in order. You can get it all back but not if the foundation is off. It throws everything off. Nice run though!

      Well that is great! Been thinking a lot about you and your running the past couple of days. I know things will click again--it is all the ebb and flow of running. But it sure is nice to have a confidence booster like this. Love those 4 miles...definitely a sign of progress. Enjoy the rest of your day in your amazing surroundings. :-)
