      I have been crazy slammed this week and not on here much...but funny, I had a sense you were missing. So sorry you felt so bad. Clearly you had something but good to see that you are back to feeling like yourself. Don't go crazy on the Half if you can avoid it. :-) MDI is in 7 weeks?? OK, yes still plenty of time to get in some solid long runs. Nice Big Orange ride today.
