      Glad your back in minimalist. Go easy and let the legs / calves adapt. Those are about all I run in. Have a pair of Altras, They run/feel a lot different than my Merrells..Hope the hot spot fades..

      It's totally true that the humidity is so much easier to cope with when it's cooler! We had similar runs in terms of embracing training on things we're maybe not as skilled at today, ha! Nice miles, Jim. Well done!
