      Exactly what Tammy said. I think we all go through it, I know I really do. I see running like golf (when I used to play). You can have 10 bad runs, but all it takes is one amazing run to remind you why you love running, and that will carry you through more bad ones. Good luck on Sundays run!

      Thanks for passing that on Jim!! Sometimes running isn't about our physical achievements, but our spiritual ones. Even after I have to walk back from a run because of an injury I still feel like I accomplished something on some level.
