Felt tired and could not get going. Think what I need is a mid week hr or so in the dark with my Ay-Up lights. Noticed Matt Baker and sidekick used them on his Trike ride from Edinburgh.

Good ride, a trifle wet toward the end but nevermind. This could be Part 1. Part 2 will come later - want to try out my new super lights.

Martin, did not go out last night - raining (oh I know I'm a wus - but don't like getting my hair wet!!). So all is ready for tonight - about 18:45 if all goes well.

Very warm. From home (Cramlington) up to Stannington, over to Tranwell, over to the Gubeon, then along to Ponteland and home via Dinnington and Dudley using part of the No.10 Route.

No, no, no - not at all - in fact I rode past like it were not there. My legs were getting tired by then and I was looking forward to an energy bar and a short rest at Dinnington.

Felt tired and did not feel right at all. Never mind though eh. Was wanting to do a longer ride today, maybe next week.
