Plan called for an easy 5-6. I saw that I had an open spot with the rain so I set out for trail. It was a bit windy but once I got to the trail things seemed to be pretty well protected. Tried to keep the heart rate in the 125-130 rate. A 4 count cadence seemed to keep me right on target. A little tightness in the left calf toward the end but everything feeling about right.

    Great to hear that recovery is going well, Jim. Looking forward to getting back out on the road (er, maybe treadmill during the beginning of this week with the weather forecast) this week myself!
