Plan called for an easy 5-6. I saw that I had an open spot with the rain so I set out for trail. It was a bit windy but once I got to the trail things seemed to be pretty well protected. Tried to keep the heart rate in the 125-130 rate. A 4 count cadence seemed to keep me right on target. A little tightness in the left calf toward the end but everything feeling about right.
