Got home from the Towpath and wanted to go for my run. However the rain came in and I decided to put it off till later in the day. The air was still crisp and damp, perfect for a longer run.

The plan called for a 1 to 2 hour run. I decided to keep it under 90 minutes and set out on a comfortable pace not looking at my Garmin. Tried to focus on a four count cadence and found it to be rather comfortable. Decided not to push anything till I was about a miile from home. Twas a good day all around.
