Jumped out on the trail just as the rain stopped. This time of year is awesome with the falll colors. It was a bit unnerving to see all the leaves and occasional acorns sprinkled on the trail. Don't want a mishap at this point. Left ham was a bit crampy when I got back home. Hope everyone has a great weekend!


Nice 10k to kick off the weekend, Jim. I hear you on the acorns. Heading to the Towpath for my last 20 tomorrow and planning on being extra cautious.
