    Nice 7 mile pace run with warm up. Had to mentally push through on this. The scenery was pretty boring. lol 1st mile @ 9:40. The rest were at 8:30 or faster.

    First run in a week!!! Actually ran two 4 mile sets alternating with two sets of 6 miles on the inside bike. First 4 miles = 36:25, second 4 miles = 35:04
