    No problems with the calf. Leg is doing better, but there must have been a slight tear somewhere. Anyway, 90% of the pain is gone. I'm using a compression sleeve for support.

    Not my fastest run, but I was surprised at how much 1100 yds of swimming took out of me. Most of it was freestyle rather than breast stroke.

    Good workout. I forgot my watch and goggles, but I did 4 x 100, then 2 x 200, 1 x 100 + 75 to get out to the ropes and 125 to get back to shore from the far side.
