Longest run ever. 1 mile warm up then the half-maraton course to familiarize myself with the terrain. Terri and Arron biked to meet me at the hydration station stops and were excellent moral support for me! Felt good afterwards, and even took in Knoebel's a bit afterwards. Epsom salt soak when we got home.
