      Sounds like u need a banana! Lol- my mom always told me that helped foot cramps:)

      Everybody says that, but research suggests bananas have no effect. It's placebo. I wish I didn't know that, though, because then it might work for me.

    I installed a stereo speaker in the ceiling over my trainer so I wouldn't have to listen to my TV at full volume (while disturbing the rest of the family). It worked really well.
