      Hmm, looks like the route is too long for DailyMile to show an elevation profile. So I mapped it in MapMyRide. First I climbed Chestnut Ridge (2.4 miles at average grade of 6.7%), then after some hills, I climbed Laurel Mountain (7.1 miles at a 3.7% grade). Then I had to climb Chestnut Ridge a second time to get home (3.2 miles at 4.4% grade). Total elevation gain = 4,227 feet.
