      haha. The algae wasn't a problem on our end of the lake. I bet you get a good view of it from a plane.

    I had to test out my shin, which has a deep cut in it. After 5 days of healing it seems to be ok and won't ooze and weep onto my running shoes!

      Thanks Sherri. Yes, Geoff, that's from Sunday. I probably should have gotten a few stitches but it's all closed up now and I don't need that assistance. It is still painful at times, even when I am not moving around, but yesterday's triathlon did no harm.

    The GAP trail was surprisingly clear of people. But then downtown on the North Side it was crowded due to the Pirates game.
