Currently my core exercisesconsist of 1 set of 40 reps of bench press, leg lifts with 25lbs and, sit-ups. I only do 1 set because of my broken neck it won't tolerate 3 sets any longer. I will work up to 1 set of 50 reps for a week straight then drop down to 30 reps add more weight and work back up to 50 reps. Simple as mud.

I forgot I do a series of Pre-habilitation exercises and work those areas I have injured before inj the hopes of not re-injuring them ie. Hips, knees, shoulder, back, neck, and foot :) Other than that I am a rockstar.

I've never really run on trails before (except once, in hiking boots) - one of these days I think I'll have to get out there and do that.

I'm glad you had a great time running with Barry & Irene, but what about Matt & I??? I see how you are, Barry didn't run with you so you can't say that me and Matt left you because he was with Matt. I'm the one that had to run by myself :( LOL!!
