    good, solid fast 5 miler. the harder I ran, the harder I felt that I could run. I keep trying pulling back but my legs just felt fast! wish I could do that every race day.

    felt pretty good... saw an accident in the middle of my run so it slowed me down a bit while I was waiting for the police to let me know if they needed a statement.
