  1. I'm losing motivation :(. Didn't feel better after running this AM. Haven't lost even a pound since starting C25K.

      It happens. Just don't stop! Even if you can't always tell it, your body is responding, and you WILL notice the benefits soon enough. Re: not losing a pound: It is possible that you need to make dietary adjustments as well, at least to jump start things. Personally, running gets easier with each pound lost. I'm about due...

    314 cal. First early morning run/walk. Nice and cool out, quiet, relaxing. May do the early morning again. So much better than a TM in a hot gym!

      Good job! I can't wait until I am on week 6.... just started week 2 today. I like to mix mine up. My gym is closed Saturdays and early on Friday's so I hit the track which is nice.
