      Hey @Jeremy F ...Amazon.com had this one for $267 with free shipping. ProForm 290 SPX. It's not bad considering it was so inexpensive.Wheel makes a slight noise when kicking up the resistance but other than that it's a solid bike. i'm 6 feet tall and it fits me great.

      I've always done these alone (back when I was rehabbing an injury, I did AIS-*like* stretching with assistance from the kineseologist). I really hope it's helpful to you, Jill!! =)
