    My legs were really tired from last week so I skipped my run yesterday and went for a little stroll with my fuss bucket. I'm ready for my run tomorrow =)

      No, I started the walk immediately following my run so he was at home with his daddy... Plus I like my long (run) day to count as a little time to myself =)

      Thanks. I'm going to do that half marathon with my mom in Nov so I'm incorporating fast walking into my routine. I'm better at running but she's better at walking!

    I was feeling good and on pace to finish with a 10:30 pace but then Kilian decided otherwise. I can't wait till my little man enjoys going for runs in his sweet stroller!

    Today was my long day, 7 miles. I went out with a plan to walk the last 3 miles so I wouldn't over do it too quickly. It worked out great, with perfect weather!
