Just checked out the pure barre method. Pretty cool. How do you like it? Do you take a class or have the dvd? How long did it take you to see results and where did you start to see them first?

Pamela - I've been taking classes at the studio. I've done it for about 8 months. I feel like I've finally plateaued though and will be stopping for a bit. I love it! I saw results after about 2 weeks of doing it 4 times a week. Most of my results were in my thighs, butt, and core. You should try it! Let me know if you do!
