    had a free class for a new fitness studio. Was a 12 station circuit done two times. 1 min work- 30 sec rest in between. Great class but a little far and expensive to do again.

    my mom was watching the baby and i had an entire hour to run... it was so nice. I really have no idea how far I actually ran so this is a total guess
