    ran as fast as i could for 3.1 on the treadmill. big PR. so sweaty at the end, but felt awesome

    went super early this morning- it was unplanned but sort of worked out with mackenzie's feeding schedule and my husband was able to leave for work a little later.

    had planned on running a 4 mile race this morning- but after a crazy night with the baby and a toddler puking, that didn't happen. fit this run in around noon- so hot!!!
