    felt great. going to be sad to lose this time when hubby goes back to work next week :( a good run also sets the tone for a good day.

    cleared myself to exercise. baby was fed and napping. said peace out to the hubby and went for it. such a good feeling!

    not a fan of home workouts- quite difficult to comp;eye amongst the chaos- but quite funny to do planks over my son. other than exhaustion, feeling waaaaay better physically than after the first baby
