    Didnt want to get blown into a neighboring state so headed indoors today. Didnt have much time but got 2 miles in.

    Neighborhood run today. So glad to be outside again. Into the wind on the way out, with no sun... Chilly!! Wind at my back when I headed home and the sun came out... HOT!! :)

    Oh boy, did that feel good. What a beautiful night and the hives from earlier this week didn't read their ugliness so I'm calling this one a success. Perfect running weather for me.

    Short amount of time between swimming lessons and bedtime, but couldn't resist the beautiful day. Went out for about 20 minutes, little over a mile.

      O'Gormans Shamrock run is up next. Then still debating Boulder Bolder, 10k in May. I've been wanting to do it for a couple years. My Dad lives in Boulder so I have a place to stay so its a cheap trip! :) Love those kind.

      Great to see you and congrats on your progress on the tri. Great way to get you going! my daughter loves to race people swimming and at times can run into them in the pool so glad no "hits".
