      Great job on the half marathon! Your time was better than the SLO Half, even though it was harder. Also, I think this course has more hills, and it was definitely warmer than it was in SLO. Impressive!

      You need to listen for Autumn? Why would she cry while out with you? Fresh air, Mommy and Me time? What's not to like??? :) Do what I do when riding, I put only one ear bud in. That way, I can hear both. :)

    Holy cow! Last mission of the first Season of Zombies, Run! game. It was crazy! I was running like a bat out of hell! Had a great pace. S2 just came out too. So I can start up S2 with no delay. Yeah!

    First run after half marathon. Knee still hurting. But the pain seems to go away after a good warm up and it hurts more when walking vs. running.
