As I get back on the wagon, I am limiting myself to two runs a week and I am spending the other days on the elliptical reading my Kindle. :P So when I go out for a run, I try to make it count. But I may have pushed myself a little too much on my first mile today (did it in 10:07) because the rest of the run was a struggle.
