alright Insanity

I've gotten super lazy, so I am trying to shock my body back into running. I realize that probably isn't the greatest approach, but this "easing back into it" thing comes with too many opportunities to slip and cheat. So I'm going extreme. I have done two Insanity workouts so far this week (just to get a feel for it and to fire a warning shot for my body), but I plan to start following the program on Monday. Has anyone out there tried Insanity? Any thoughts? Advice?

I started doing it two weeks ago. It's flippin hard. I don't do it every day, but go for every other day. I think it's supposed to go in order, six days a week, or so says Mark, but I want to start mixing it up with running now that we're slightly more settled.

It is sooooo hard. I can't get through the workouts without collapsing into a puddle on the floor. But even so, I'm sweating a whole bunch and I'm usually sore afterwards. I guess these are good signs. I'm going to try to do the actual program starting Monday. We'll see how it goes. Mixing it up with running sounds like a good plan to me, though.
