1st Place in my age group. (old ladies) Could have been faster. Back felt pretty good but had to walk on & off. The course was way nice, mostly downhill, clouds, alittle rain, lovely. Nice hill at the end. LOL I ran the 1st mile faster than ever but my back had me running carefully. When they said 1st place in the 50+ catagory, I laughed. I want to go back now & do it again on a better day. I drove my jeep out to the start line so I ran afterwards another 3 miles to go get it. So I totalled about 6 miles today. I know I could've ran this faster so I feel great about this. Plus for the $10 entry fee, I got a cool pink shirt & a lovely BlueRibbon!
