    Hot, Steep, dusty and tough! I lost at least 1/4 mile on my garmin. So the distance is different on Mapmyrun than from Garmin........ 82 degrees up the canyon. Steamy.

    Fields and back. First 2 miles took me 27 min which seems to be the norm.... for now. Did intervals back up to town. Worked well. Hopefully, I'm getting my "mojo" back. Slow but sure.
