Ok.my garmin has been acting up, sometimes, like during races & when I really want the data. So today, I logged this run into my mapmyrun app & it comes up as 4.25 m. I was thinking while running that I would come out a little bit over but my garmin said I'd be short so i did a little extra diddy at the cemetery. & that's my ex .25 m. I also went to the garmin website & mapped it to check it & it was also 4.25. SO I'm changing the distance which will therefore change my pace Great. but frustrating

I don't think there is a whole heck of a lot you could do healthy to drastically impact your upcoming Half since it is so close. But you sure could set yourself back. You race so well anyway.
