    Itwent better than expected for myfirstworkout in a while. Besides walking, i hadn't done any excersise in MN. I was just so hot! But, glad to be back atit. Itreally feels good :)

    Walked to the bus and then to work and then from work to Starbucks. Didn't get anything to drink this time, so that probably was good :)

    Walked all the way to work today. That took 32 minutes. Then after work I walked to Starbucks to wait for Matt to pick me up. That part was very nice ;)

    It was pretty good. 30 minutes total but 10 minutes at a time. It was a good workout, but got me pretty darn sweaty and gross. It was unfortunate to show up looking like a drowned rat.

    It felt really good to get back into it after camp last week! Pretty warm in our place though, got light-headed throughout, but glad I pushed through it! Feeling great now!

    Had a great walk with Heather, Samantha, and the 2 dogs! Went to the park, hung out and played for a while and then walked back. A beautiful summer day :)

    Went for a short walk down the hill with Halley and Dallas. Brought Annie along, too. Got smoothies and headed back! It was good.

    Great, I love doing this workout when I don't have time for the longer ones. Even though it is short I feel like it really challenges me and I love all the moves :)
