Stretching, 4 sets of core (plank, side plank x2, glute bridge march, lunge twists), and 100 weighted mason twists. Forgot to bring the foam roller, boo :(. But discovered my sister's house is ~7 miles from my parents house. Hopefully the legs are happy after the rest day.
