First go at a longish bike ride in the great outdoors. Surprisingly enough, to me anyway, it wasn't my legs or butt that bothered me the most but my arms. Not sure if it was the long slow ascent at the other end of town and pulling too hard or from the pushups in last nights workout. Nonetheless it was some good road buzz.
