Hardest part was waiting 58 minutes for my teammate to finish the 16 mile bike ride. Everything immediately started to tighten up. I wouldv'e almost prefered to do the ride. Maybe next year. Slower than the first leg but pleased to still be in the 9's.

duathlon relays are hard on the runner....you almost have to keep running off in the distance to stay warmed up...great job!!
