Rainy out there today but temps were just about perfect. Was planning to do some tempo but dang tweaky glute just wouldn't have it. Couldn't have had anything to do with those 3 sets the hubby gave me in volleyball last night that were way left which of course I just had to reach for. One was actually a pretty nice shot down the line :) Oh well, strength work seems to be helping it improve, just slowly. Running may actually seem easy once it actually heals fully, nah, probably not. Myrtl cooldown.

Baby that glute, you won't be sorry. You did hills - that's better than tempo (and ummm, just as punishing to the glute) nice work!
